Services
Hearing Devices, Diagnostics & Audiological Services
Our skilled audiologists and speech pathologists offer a wide range of services, from advanced diagnostics for hearing evaluation and hearing aid fitting equipment.

Pure Tone Audiometry
Measures the softest, or least audible, sound that a person can hear. During the test, you will wear earphones and hear a range of sounds directed to one ear at a time.

Otoacoustic Emissions
Checks part of the inner ear’s response to sound. The test is mostly done on infants and children who may not be able to respond to behavioral hearing tests because of their age.

Tympanometry Testing
Tests how well your eardrum moves. The audiologist will put a small probe, which looks like an earphone, into each ear. A small device attached to the probe will push air into your ear.

Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR)
Used for two purposes: To test hearing thresholds. To assess the functional status of the auditory neural pathway, which is used to determine the cause of hearing loss and candidacy for hearing loss treatments.

Cochlear Implant Programming
Surgically implanted devices provide electrical stimulation to the auditory system, which is perceived within the brain as sound.

HA Programming and Aftercare Service
Regular hearing checks at Touch of Health Rehabilitation Center are crucial to keeping track of your hearing and detecting any issues early on.
